Notts PC Repair doesn’t promise a one-size-fits-all support package. We understand that every business and network has its own unique needs and therefore we work with each customer to develop a package that is best suited to them.
All of our packages include server and network monitoring as standard, and our customers can add telephone support, backup verification, update and patch monitoring/installation, enhanced health checks and much more.
Initially, we would visit your office and perform a standard health-check of software and hardware, as well as installation of software that would allow us to remotely fix any further issues that may arise. Access passwords and the power to revoke remote access would remain in your control.
Below are three examples of support packages for a typical business with 5 computers and one server with Microsoft Exchange to manage their email. Bronze, from £120 per month:
We perform 24/7 monitoring of the server and core network and contact the designated employee with a diagnostic report (in plain English, not techno-babble) if there are any issues. The business can choose to try to fix the issue themselves, hire an independent repair technician or arrange for their Notts PC Repair technician to carry out a repair, at a reduced rate of £30 per hour.
Silver, from £160 per month:
As Bronze, but including:
- manual back-up verification
- manual verification of system updates
- monthly system health checks
- 3 hours of remote support
- Reduced rate for additional work
Remote support can be used for telephone and email enquiries and remote troubleshooting. Reduced rate of £25 per hour.
Gold, from £185 per month:
As Bronze, but including:
- manual back-up verification
- manual verification of system updates
- monthly system health checks
- 3 hours of remote support
- Remote support hours can be accrued and carried over from one month to the next.
- Unlimited general enquiries (telephone and email)
- Reduced rate for additional work
Unlimited general enquiries are subject to fair use. Reduced rate of £20 per hour.
In addition to support packages, we offer remote support on a pay as you go basis. Our hourly rate is £40 per hour billed by the half hour (1 hour minimum).
